Best Advice You’ve Ever Received: Leslie: I have a couple of nuggets of advice that come from my mother or as I affectionately call her, Mama Unicorn. One is to never apologize for who you are, no matter what. You are responsible for your own destiny, go after it. Lindsey: Always remember you are beautiful, smart and worthy.

Craziest thing a guy has ever done to get your attention: Leslie: Once when I was out at a bar with some girlfriends this guy kept following me and eventually tapped me on the shoulder. When I turned around he put a piece of my hair in his mouth and told me it was the best cotton candy he’d ever tasted! That shit did not fly! (Laughs). Lindsey: I went out on a first date with whom I thought was a nice guy. Then we got to the restaurant and mid way through the meal he reached for my hand on the table, pulled it to his mouth and started tapping my nails on his teeth. How do you let someone know you’re interested in them: Leslie: I typically tell them, I’m a pretty direct person. Lindsey: I prefer to be really up front about how I feel so I usually just tell them if I’m into them or not.
How would you change the world in 2018: Leslie: Continue trailblazing a path with my brand, lead by example for others and continue to show men and women that you can be fearless in the pursuit of your dreams. Lindsey: By continuing to be myself and blaze my own trail and to love myself always.
How do you know when you’re in love: Leslie: When you know, you know! For me, I need to connect with you on a heart hustle level, when that happens, it’s ride or die. Lindsey: (Laughs) Love is love, there’s all different kinds and you just know.
Describe the “Perfect Date”: Leslie: Let’s go on an adventure and try something new like a day trip! Or I’m perfectly content with hanging out, ordering pizza and just having great conversation. Clearly the gemini is showing in me (Laughs). Lindsey: Going to dinner or doing something fun like mini golf so you can talk and get to know each other better. Dates should be fun, so why not go on a hot air balloon together or something?
I feel sexiest when……: Leslie: When I’m all dressed up and ready to go out to dinner or an event. I also feel sexy when I’m fresh faced in athleisure gear with my hair up. Lindsey: I have a little bit of makeup on and I’m in comfy athleisure clothes.
If you could give men one piece of advice it would be….: Leslie: Don’t be too aggressive, it’s really a turnoff. Just be yourself and be honest. Women appreciate honesty, no bullshit. Lindsey: Do what you say you’re gonna do.
What makes you a “Bombshell”: Leslie: What makes me a bombshell is my ability to remain authentically myself as well as to help other women with my brand #SmartBlondes realize they are unicorns. What that means, is my twin sister and I founded our brand #SmartBlondes as beauty, fashion and lifestyle influencers so that we could use our platform to help other women feel comfortable in their own skin. Lindsey: I think being a bombshell is about being confident in your own skin. Just own it!
