Realize it’s the little things that matter most. If you take the time to really get to know a person you might find that they prefer a night of board games, wine and Netflix to a fancy restaurant or camping in the woods to a beachside resort or a block of cheese for Valentine’s Day over flowers (Laughs). These are the things I enjoy but you wouldn’t know it unless you are genuinely interested in getting to know me.
