Best Advice You’ve Ever Received: “Why even worry? What will happen, will happen… at least make yourself feel good in the process.”
Favorite Meal: Lumpia and bulgogi fries
Favorite Drink: Sparkling water with rasberry lemonade Crystal Light or Mio (This is a good replacement for soda)
Favorite Bar/Nightclub: The Federal Bar
Favorite Album: Bruno Mars “XXIVk Magic”
Favorite Movie: Now & Then (I also LOVE the soundtrack, I own it on vinyl).
Favorite Quote: “When you hit a wrong note, it’s the next note that makes it good or bad.” – Miles Davis
Favorite Website: Where would the world be without YouTube (www.youtube.com)?
Favorite Animal: Domesticated- Dogs! Wild- Elephants, because they have this deep rooted wisdom to them. I’m sure they know the secret history of the world or something (Laughs).
Favorite Photographer: Be More Media
Favorite Brand of Clothing: I can’t pick just one, Adidas and Fashion Nova!
Favorite Part of A Man’s Body: Jaw and/or forearms, because they both show signs of vulnerability and subtle strength. I believe you can always tell what a man is REALLY thinking by the tension (or the lack of tension) in his jaw and forearms.
Turn-Ons: Vulnerability, honesty, humor, passion, and a positive bright mind.
Turn-Offs: Pride, immorality, negativity (aka “party poopers”), and Chatty Cathy’s.
Celebrity Crush: I don’t think I have one. It’s hard for me to crush on someone without personally knowing the person… But, if I had to say based purely off of the roles that he’s played, I would say Will Smith. He portrays a great mixture of B.A., loving, and goofy characteristics. If he’s like that in real life, then even better.
A Personal Fun Fact: I choked on an ice cube once as a kid. My mom told me not to play with the ice machine in her work lobby… and of course, I didn’t listen. Long story short, I was sucking on a block of ice, it slid down my throat, I started choking, my eyes were bulging out of my head, and my mom was literally running in circles screaming for help…until suddenly, she was like “Oh, false alarm, it melted…” Sure, that moment was a relief, but as an end result, I’m still traumatized of ice to this day.
Craziest thing a guy has ever done to get your attention: The craziest thing a guy has ever done to get my attention is steal his mother’s wedding ring to get down on his knee and purpose to me in the middle of a school day. He was in one of my classes, but we barely even spoke prior. I don’t think anyone’s topped that type of crazy since. I do applaud him for being a hopeless romantic though (Laughs). I hope he found his true love.
How would you change the world in 2017: I would love to make a clothing brand and a makeup line that purely targets an “underdog” audience. Like by having things on the shelves that you won’t find with any other company, because it’s not “mainstream” or “trendy” enough.
Fashion and makeup may sound shallow, but I believe even the little things in life should be accounted for, because it’s the little successes and smiles in life that make up great happiness. You have to attack the root of all problems, to bring down the ginormous growing tree of world issues. The USA, and the world in general, is a huge mixing pot for all cultures, personalities, and races, and it’s time to act like it. Also, a part of the proceeds will always go back to the ones in need all over the world.
But until then, I’ll just continue treating everyone how I would want to be treated – Common Decency 101.
How do you know when you’re in love: I can’t tell you the exact moment that would make me realize that I’m IN love, because my love varies with different people, but I can tell you when I’m definitely NOT in love.
If I don’t want to come home to you, kick off my shoes, tie my hair up, and plop down next to you on the couch after a long day, and I give you the line “Sorry, raincheck, I’m too tired to see you”… then I’m most likely not in love with you. If I can’t feel relaxed / myself around you, then it’s a no from me dawg.
If you feel like you have to put on the same front that you put on for everyone else, for your significant other…then the odds are, you’re not in love with that person. Being around the person that you love should not be exhausting. That’s the deciding factor for me anyway.
Describe the “Perfect Date”: I have two moods; energetic / active or laid back / indulgent. Usually in the beginning stages of dating, I always prefer more outdoorsy / active group dates, so there’s always something to fill up awkward silences, like chaotic kayaking, or a competitive kickball game. I feel that I really get to know people much quicker when I place them in an atmosphere that isn’t as controlled as like a movie theater, for instance, and I can see how they respond to outside forces.
But in the later stages of dating, an ideal date is along the lines of cozy camping, or stuffing our faces at a drive-in movie theater with tons of blankets. Because the more comfortable I am with my partner, the more enjoyable laying under the stars in silence with them becomes.
I feel sexiest when……: I feel sexiest when my skin and lips are freshly exfoliated and then moisturized with coconut oil. Coconut oil is my holy grail for plump skin and a healthy glow.
If you could give men one piece of advice it would be….: Treat men and women with the respect you would want to see other men give the men and women in your family. Stop trying to look “cool” and just be a gentleman / a decent human being at least. Simple.
What makes you a “Bombshell”: What makes me a bombshell is my confidence and my feeling of wholeness within my self. Regardless of what life may bring, my happiness and strength is self made. I never go outside of myself to look for it elsewhere. And since I make an abundant amount of it, I always have enough good vibes to pass around. <3
